Terms & Conditions — Boss Domino Pakistan

1. Eligibility

To register and use Boss Domino, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Creating an account while underage is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the platform or any related gaming service through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous Boss Domino account suspended or permanently closed due to a Terms violation.

Boss Domino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Boss Domino. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of your account.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not share your username or password with anyone. Boss Domino staff will never ask for your password.
• All activity carried out under your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately.

3. Deposits & Payments

Boss Domino accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances are held and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the platform's side. Supported deposit methods include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed via your registered JazzCash account.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed via your Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant bank-to-account transfers via Pakistan's national real-time payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer. Processing times vary by bank.
• Debit/Credit Cards — Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment solutions.

Deposits are generally credited to your Boss Domino account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Boss Domino does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always check your wallet or bank's fee schedule before depositing.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Boss Domino are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This same-method policy helps protect against fraud and ensures funds are returned to the verified account holder.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are often completed within a few hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass identity verification. This is a one-time process for new accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed within your account dashboard and vary by payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section for full details.
• Boss Domino does not charge withdrawal fees from its side. Payment provider charges, if any, are outside our control.

If a withdrawal request is delayed beyond the stated processing time, please contact our support team with your request reference. We will investigate and update you within one business day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Boss Domino regularly runs promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL season promotions, cricket match-day rewards, reload bonuses, and free spins. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated on the promotion page. Read them before claiming.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Boss Domino reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, pattern betting, or other activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

Boss Domino does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific promotion. Promotions may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before it is withdrawn will not be affected retroactively.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on Boss Domino — including slots, live casino, table games, and bingo — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.

• Game rules, paylines, RTPs (Return to Player percentages), and bonus features are described within each game. Review these before playing.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed. Once a round of play has begun, the wager stands.
• In the event of a game error, malfunction, or disconnect during a round, the game will be resolved according to the software provider's disconnection policy. Boss Domino is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a technical error on the platform's side causes an incorrect game outcome or payout, Boss Domino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Boss Domino. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using another person's payment method or funds to deposit without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent platform restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

8. Privacy & Data

Boss Domino collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes outlined there — including account management, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banking partners) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.
• You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, and to request corrections where data is inaccurate.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Boss Domino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback request raised against a deposit made to the platform.
• Player request — you may close your own account at any time by contacting support.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no active investigation, the remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method after any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds are assessed.

Players who self-exclude through our Responsible Gaming tools and subsequently attempt to re-register will have their new account closed immediately. Self-exclusion periods are enforced strictly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Boss Domino provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Boss Domino is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Boss Domino does not guarantee specific gaming outcomes. All results are determined by RNG or live dealer systems and are inherently unpredictable.
